Did you purchase your bag through our website or through another authorized retailer?

If your bag incurs a production defect or failure of materials, please e-mail blue@unitedbyblue.com to see if your bag is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. Please be sure to include a proof of purchase and a photo or two illustrating the damage.

Examples of proof of purchase: 

  • Receipt (purchase confirmation or shipping invoice)
  • Order #
  • Bank Transaction information
