Steps for Address Correction

If you have placed an order and realize that your provided shipping address was incorrect or needs to be adjusted, please reach out as soon as possible so the necessary adjustments can be made prior to shipment.

Kindly call our customer experience team at (866) 931-1143 and/or send us an email at blue@unitedbyblue.com so we can promptly remedy the address on file and communicate this adjustment to our shipping team.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so there is only a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order therefore we cannot guarantee the change. If the package is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be collected.
