Damaged or Defective Item in Order

In the event that a product received does not live up to our high quality standards, we are happy to work with you in providing a return label and facilitating a new order of the product and/or refund to be distributed as necessary.  

Please contact our Customer Service team (blue@unitedbyblue.com) with your Order # and a brief description of the issue to start the return/exchange process. Once we have received the returned item, we will be able to promptly distribute the replacement/refund accordingly.
